Calvary Preschool - In the Heart of Alexandria

Calvary Preschool is a loving, Christ-centered learning community where children grow in faith, love, and lifelong learning. As a ministry of Calvary Church, we provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and screen-free environment where every child is known, valued, and supported.

We know that strong relationships are the foundation for growth, faith, and learning. Our teachers build meaningful connections with each child, understanding their unique strengths and needs, while partnering with families to support spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth. Through these relationships, hands-on learning experiences, and daily opportunities to grow in faith, children build a strong foundation to explore, learn, and thrive—always knowing they are deeply loved by Jesus.

ThREE/FOUR YEAR OLDS

WHAT WILL MY THREE YEAR OLD LEARN?
Our 3-year-old program focuses on building social-emotional skills, faith formation, and self-confidence. Children learn to be kind friends, gain independence, and explore through hands-on, multi-sensory activities that spark curiosity and promote fine motor growth—preparing them for a smooth transition into our 4-year-old classes.

FOUR/FIVE YEAR OLDS
WHAT WILL MY FOUR YEAR OLD LEARN?
Our 4-year-old program is designed to help children grow in faith, independence, and self-confidence. Through a hands-on, multi-sensory curriculum led by highly qualified teachers, preschoolers develop essential pre-reading skills, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and continue social-emotional growth—ensuring they are fully prepared to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually in kindergarten and beyond.

Need care outside of school hours?

Before school care runs from 7:15-8:00 am at a cost of $5 per day.
After school care runs from 3:00-5:00 pm for $10 per day or from 3:00-4:00 pm at a cost of $5 per day.
