1. BAPTISM
Baptism is a public acknowledgment that faith was never meant to be lived alone – that we're making promises to one another, and naming God's promises to us. Baptism happens here at all stages of life – babies, kids, adults. And summer is a really beautiful time to celebrate it.
On August 16th, we offer a baptism service in the lake after Calvary at the Lake worship.
2. Vacation bible school
Join us from Monday, July 27 - Thursday, July 30, 8am-11am for Vacation Bible School for a week of Bible stories, games, activities and worship. Whether you go to Calvary or not, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!
In order to reach 350+ kids each year at VBS, we also need hundreds of volunteers! There are opportunities for adults as well as students who completed 5th - 12th grade, even if you're only free for part of the week!
3. WOOD-FIRED PRETZELS
This VBS, our kids are learning all about Bricks to Bread — a mission that helps families in rural Latin America build brick ovens giving them a sustainable income.
Then on Sunday, you get to taste what it's all about: WOOD-FIRED PRETZELS, fresh after both services.
